How to use it?

Dilution: Dilute to 1% of the mixture, i.e. 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil per 100ml of vegetable oil. Always dilute before use on the skin. For the body or in the bath, you can use up to 3% essential oil.

In skin care: Lavender is perfect in skin care. Mix 25g of Shea Butter, 22.5ml of Rosehip oil, 2.5ml of natural Vitamin E and 0.5ml (about 10 drops) of Lavender essential oil to create a hand lotion for dry skin .

For massages: Add lavender essential oil to your favorite vegetable oil (olive, sunflower jojoba) and apply to the body for soothed skin and relaxed muscles.

In hair care: Add one or two drops of oil to your shampoo, for revitalized hair. It can give your hair more shine and strength.

At home: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to a jar or bottle for soothing and relaxation.

Lavender is so versatile that it pairs well with just about anything, but perhaps most particularly with floral oils or citrus fruits.
